Not much more expensive, but a lot quicker, than the train. Take a bus or train from Kerry to Cork, then fly with Aer Arann to Belfast.
Car/Bus
Again, you’ll need to go via Dublin. And you’re looking at 6-8hours traveling time, but at least a bus will be cheap.
Not great options, and alot will depend, where in Kerry you are – it’s a reasonably big place, with poor roads
