I’m flying out of London this summer, and I have the option of taking a flight out of Luton Airport or Gatwick Airport (same price, the Luton flight leaves a little earlier.)
I’m going to be staying in the center of London with no form of transportation other than the public transit. Which airport would be easiest for me to use?

Wednesday, September 30th, 2009I am flying to Europe from LAX next summer and the cheapest flight I could find was to Dublin. My flight there goes from LAX to london gatwick and then from london to dublin. When I tried to book the same flight without the last transfer, it was way more expensive, which I don’t understand. What would happen if I get off the flight at London Gatwick and don’t board the flight to dublin? I plan on taking only a carryon backpack, so I don’t see anything wrong with it. It just seems shady, but is there anything wrong with that?
